Voucher redemption
You’ve got a gift voucher and don't know how to redeem it?
On your voucher, you will find a number combination that you enter in the first step in the "I have a discount code" field in the shopping cart. For everything to work as it should, the discount code must be manually written, not just copied. Once entered, click the "Redeem" button and the appropriate discount will be applied.
It's not working?
If you cannot redeem your voucher, please check if you have a space before or after the code, if you have typed the upper and lower case letters correctly, or if you have substituted the letter O for the number 0.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use the full amount of the voucher?
If you have, for example, one voucher for 500 CZK, your order must be worth 500 CZK or more. If you have, for example, two vouchers with a value of 500 CZK, your order must be worth more than 501 CZK. The unused portion of the voucher is automatically forfeited.
Until when is the voucher valid?
Each voucher has an expiry date at the bottom.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers for one order?
Yes, multiple vouchers can be redeemed for one order.
Where can I find the discount code on the voucher?
The discount code can be found in the box called "Voucher code".
